The AWEA AF-1000 is a high-precision vertical machining center optimized for parts and mold manufacturing. It features a 11 kW spindle with speeds up to 10,000 rpm, three-axis travel of 1,020/550/635 mm, and a rapid traverse rate of 36 mm/min. The machine includes a 24T arm-type automatic tool changer and accommodates a table load of 700 kg. Operated by a Fanuc Oi-MD control system, it offers modular spindle options for varied machining needs. With a footprint of 3,000 x 2,895 mm and a weight of 7,000 kg, the AF-1000 delivers robust performance in a compact design.
